TICKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description
· Work with other departments on airline ticketing requirements.
· Attend to customers and reply flight and fare enquiries & emails.
· Handling group airlines ticketing and query, request and refunds/re-booking of
tickets.
· Dealing with various airlines.
· Handling Series, non-series, ad-hoc booking including but not limited to making
booking, filing PNR to Q to HDQ for confirmation, insert names in group, name
change, correction, split, route change, monitor group change, send prints of
confirmed PNR.
· Sales on flight booking / reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement
for all our corporate clients.
· Assist clients for visa application for necessary country.
· Issuing invoices, monitoring invoicing and collections of outstanding debts for
cash term customers.
· Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing ticketing services in a
professional manner and professional behavior for the benefit of our Company’s
image.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
· Good understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
· Ability to use Sabre system.
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Mandarin).
· A team player with strong work ethic.
· Positive thinking and results oriented.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
· Strong attention to details.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
