HR Executive
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing them with ongoing support and assistance with their HR needs.
· Process payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation, such as contracts, job descriptions, and performance reviews.
· Provide advice and guidance to clients on a variety of HR matters, such as hiring, firing, compensation, and benefits.
· Meet with clients to discuss their HR needs and goals, and develop and implement HR solutions that meet their specific needs.
· Work with clients to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Track and report on HR metrics and data to help clients measure the effectiveness of their HR programs.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure that clients are provided with the best possible service.
· Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for clients.
· Provide training and development programs for employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
· Advise clients on HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are fair and compliant with all applicable laws.
· Conduct employee relations investigations to resolve workplace disputes.
· Manage employee benefits programs to ensure that employees are receiving the benefits they are entitled to.
· Administer employee records to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
