Customer Service Officer

Job Description:
- Lead and manage the customer service team.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and improve team performance.
- Handle escalated issues and provide feedback to management.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4-6 years in customer service (manufacturing/industrial preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with CRM software.
