Role Description

Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, relationship building and expansion of the

company’s client base. Able to be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative

strategies, and nurturing partnerships to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

General activities and performance of Commercial Manager as below: -

· Develop SOP for Sales & Marketing Department.

· Planning, develop and analyze on the effective strategy for sales activity such as leads generation, sales target, potential client and etc.

· Responsible to develop on implementation of Customer Relation Management (CRM) process.

· Conduct market research for Medisafe Technologies for new business opportunities, trends and competitor analysis.

· Analyze market data and develop strategies which align with company’s target.

· Develop and implement comprehensive business development plan to expand the company’s market presence and reach.

· Formulate innovative strategies for product positioning, pricing and promotion to achieve company’s target and sustainable growth.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their

needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

· Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and client presentations to secure new business deals.

Identify potential partners, vendors, and collaborators to enhance the company’s offerings and market reach.

· Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborations to drive mutual growth opportunities and synergies.

· Plan and monitor on sales performance for sales team by individual on daily basis.

· Monitor sales performance, analyze key metric and report on progress towards revenue goals.

· Prepare on sales & marketing planning report for management review.

· Develop on sales activities by actively engaging in business development activities which contribute to sales target.

· Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaboration and results driven work environment.

· Explore and develop strategies for new market by identify untapped opportunities for business growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment in business development strategies and implementation.

· Prepare report for management review which related to sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
