Sales Executive
General activities and performance of Sales Team as below: -
· Manage daily activities of sales staffs such as customer visits, follow-ups, sales calls, complaint handling etc.
· Prepare analysis on market requirement – local and overseas
· Identify new sales channel and potential new markets, products and customer needs – local and oversea
· Analyze the competition to create plan for engagement.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by using strategic sales plans.
· Market Company’s existing products.
· Recruit new business – public and private healthcare facilities / Concession Companies.
· Conduct presentations for doctors or medical executives about company's medical device offerings.
· Maintain contract records, taking orders, surveying client option and monitoring competitors' activity.
· Maintain and build relationship with customers (both new and existing).
· Analyze existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities.
· Increase sales growth by expending market and sales volume.
· Responsible for branding, market expansion, achieving sales targets and strategic sales planning.
· Responsible for planning and organizing of all the company related events including symposiums
· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
· Implementing new sales and marketing plans and advertising.
· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
· Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
