Job Description

  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
  • Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities
  • Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

Program to nurture the new joiners

  • Professional training, development and grooming programs to enhance their skills & confidence in dealing with customers, including PCE/CEILI licensing that will be fully sponsored by Bank
  • Fully supported / coaching by AIA’s Banca sales team and the Bank’s managers
  • Full suite of products available for FE that can cater for every customer’s needs
  • On top of walk in customers, monthly customer leads & referrals are given for FE to fix appointment to meet customer
  • FE DO NOT need to find their own customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
