Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in Direct Selling/ MLM background.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Expected to work occasionally in evening and weekends. Willing to travel outstation.
Job Responsibilities :
- To manage and foster strong relationship with existing distributor and potential customers.
- To plan, prepare, conduct business opportunity talk, presentation and follow up on distributor activities.
- Responsible in overseeing training, education and recognition.
- To develop and assist the Head of Business Development/GM to implement an integrated sales strategy and plan across Malaysia and ASEAN (Future).
- To maintain a high level of direct involvement in establishing and managing sales performance, strategy and corporate sales team.
- To assist to set and measure monthly sales goals.
- To assist to design and implementation of sales initiatives designed to meet targets.
- To establish and maintain the highest levels of customer service and support.
