Job Description
- Controlling of work execution in accordance to time and quality requirement
- Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and maintain construction quality standards, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Checking work quality and arrange for necessary inspection by client at all stages
- Keep accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials usage, equipment maintenance, and incident reports
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
Qualification & Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma or equivalent; Civil Engineering/Construction Management or any related field
- 2-5 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Site location: Rawang / Banting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
