  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple software development projects from inception to delivery. You'll be responsible for managing complex project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships while maintaining project alignment with business objectives. You will drive the implementation of project management best practices and mentor junior project managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple concurrent software development projects using modern project management tools (Jira, Linear, or Asana)
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate between development teams, product managers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
  • Implement and optimize project management processes and methodologies
  • Mentor junior project managers and provide leadership to project teams
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain project documentation and status reports
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations at all levels

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in software development projects
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with budgeting and resource management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Experience with stakeholder management at executive level
  • Understanding of modern software development practices and tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
