  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Designation : Customer Service Representative - English Speaker (Banking Industry)
  • Working Days: Monday - Sunday; rotational 5 days a week
  • Working Hours : Rotational shift 24/7
  • Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Salary Package : RM 3,000 - RM 3,800 (basic) + RM 200 (fixed allowance, post training) + night shift allowance

Responsibility :

  • Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
  • Develop and apply thorough knowledge of practices and procedures to accomplish team goals
  • Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
  • Mentor associates to improve individual performance
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Requirement :

  • Good communication skills in English
  • SPM holder : Credit in both Maths & English, minimum 2 years full time contact center working experience
  • Diploma holder : Fresh or full time working experience in contact center
  • Bachelor’s degree : No experience needed but preferred
  • Fresh graduates from bachelor's degree or diploma are strongly welcomed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
