Account Clerk

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years of related experience will be an advantage
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Computer literate- Microsoft Office, Excel
• Priority for candidate Experience in Accounting System-SQL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
• Work Immediately

Responsibility

• Performance daily accounting duties in relation to account payable and receivable including
• Recording AP / AR invoices in to accounting system by generating aging report.
• Raising Payment Voucher, and electronic instruction in banking portal
• Liaising with supplier on invoices matter
• Account Recievable : knock off payment via accounting system by generating aging report.
• Monthly Reconciliation: Bank Accounts, Suppliers’ / Customer Statement of Account and follow up with disputed invoices.
• Ensure all AR /AP invoices, payment voucher are properly filed.
• Update shopee / lazada payment received and invoice
• Company rental / motor vehicle instament arrangement
• Salary & commission calculation
• Call with local authority for business application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting (Required)
