  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope :

  • Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffice QOS, Monitoring, Manual Phone testing and Route Adjustment
  • Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through support portal.
  • Correspond with customer and provide updates in accordance to standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with customer to facilitate efficient troubleshooting process

Criteria :

  • Must possess at least a DIPLOMA or BACHELOR in COMPUTER SCIENCE, or any related fields.
  • Able to work in shifts []
  • Have a STRONG knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), Networking, and also Data Network.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related fields.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
