Deputy General Manager - Real Estate
Job Description
· To implement all policies, activities, procedure as relevant and required by the property development system.
· To fulfil the company’s contractual obligation to the purchasers in term of time and quality delivery.
· To plan, manage, monitor and control from pre-development stage to post-development stage to meet the approved quality, cost and time standards.
· To effectively liaise with consultants and contractors in the implementation of project with regards to cost, time & quality.
· To implemented MS ISO requirement, quality standard and requirement to build good quality products and manage defect efficiently to customer satisfaction and expectation
· Regularly ad-hoc/ weekly/fortnightly discussions or meetings with project team, consultant and other department for coordination required for project implementation and CCC.
· To ensure HSE compliance and relevant authority requirement during project implementation for smooth and successful completion of project without public complain / statutory penalty / stop work.
· To assist in Liaison with government authorities.
· To monitor and ensure all complain highlighted in the DNF are closed within the stipulated time frame.
· To manage and lead consultants, contractors and team of clerk of works.
· To report project progress status and provide feedback and recommendation.
· To have ownership of project including sales status update and adjustment of ROW to suit sales progress.
· To assist General Manager in the overall implementation matters.
· To have custody and control over the project feasibility study during the implementation period.
· Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the overall objectives of the company.
Requirement
· Diploma / Degree / Master in Civil Engineering/ Architecture / Building or Equivalent
· At least 10 years working experience in supervision of civil/ building/infrastructure works in property development.
· Experience in high rise will be added advantage.
· Able to lead to execute and implement works on site with knowledge and years of experience in the construction line.
· Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and quality control processes.
· Familiarity with QLASSIC standards and regulatory requirements in property development.
· Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
