  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What is your day-to-day role?

  • Review and perform validation of invoices, claims and payments based on company’s policies and procedures in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor and give direction to the team to perform vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items.
  • Prepare weekly payment summary, cost trackers and monthly reports
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.

What to Expect from this role?

  • Basic knowledge in account is required, fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Good team player and possess good working attitude.
  • Able to work in Jalan Sungai Besi.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
