  • Drive store sales and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify areas of improvement to boost store performance.
  • Implement sales promotions, pricing strategies, and store merchandising strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assign tasks and manage store employees to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that the store environment is welcoming and helpful.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with popular items.
  • Manage product returns, damages, and stock audits.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage store cash flow and assist with cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Ensure the store displays are well-organized, attractive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate seasonal displays and promotional setups to attract customers.
  • Prepare and submit reports on store performance, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for sales transactions, employee schedules, and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Have about 3-4 years of Retail/Fashion experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
