- Manage the daily housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards of a 5 star service
- Implement more effective and efficient operating procedures to achieve target standards of cleanliness including on time room readiness.
- Operate within OSHA and safety standards within housekeeping department.
- Plan and facilitate team member daily meetings and yearly performance evaluations for housekeepers.
- Train in proper chemical procedures & have worked with cleaning chemicals and have knowledge of the safety requirements.
- Train employees in various areas within the housekeeping, including proper VIP set up of guestrooms and suites.
- Monitor proper usage of hazardous chemicals in compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety and health policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise housekeeping team members.
- Assist with development of maintenance agreements and maintain positive relations with vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational procedures and regulations implement for the housekeeping department and insure housekeeping personnel follow these requirements.
- Repair all non-working HVAC systems that have been down for unknown period.
- Inspect repairs and services HVAC and environmental control systems or oversees the work of contractors.
- Facilitate and monitor QA inspections of guestrooms on daily basis.
- Earn an acceptable rating on room cleanliness in the last quality assurance (QA) inspection.
- Coordinate department's activities with other departments to facilitate increase levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal communication skills interacting with homeowners to ensure a comfortable and harmonious living environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

Experience:
