Position Overview: As a Client Success Manager (Tech), you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships while driving adoption of our transformative solutions. This is not just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, connecting clients with ground breaking technologies that address their most pressing challenges. Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advocate and primary point of contact.
· Solution Strategy: Partner with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives, crafting tailored solutions that leverage our financial software and private cloud technologies.
· Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize value.
· Collaborative Growth: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to communicate client feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
· Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
· Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, contributing to discussions on technology, connectivity, and the future of finance.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
