Process/Production Engineer (Glove Manufacturing)

• Execution of process improvement and product quality measure action.
• Check, monitor and ensure dipping proves is under control.
• Patrol and inspect production line and facilities to ensure the control is in place.
• Assist in establishing and setting up process control in ER_P system and SCADA system.
• Assist in establishment, coordination and execution of process and production improvement plan.
• Assist in planning and consolidating overall dipping line activity.
• Plan and coordinate product and process validation.
• Monitoring and execution of departmental KPI and action plan.
• Oversee sectional GMP and 5S control.
• Other related duties that may be given by management from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Minimum Bachelor Degree and/or higher in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Operations or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in gloves manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Computer literate — i.e MS Excell, Words, Power Point, Graph & Trending Chart.
• Converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
