Job Responsibilities:
- Lead market expansion efforts for IT and intelligent business solutions, focusing on software products, data center electromechanical integration projects (HVAC, power distribution, intelligent systems), and computing power-related projects (servers, storage, networking). This includes identifying business opportunities and securing contracts.
- Drive sales activities with new and existing clients within the region, leading business negotiations, bid preparation, and tender processes to achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Support marketing and public relations initiatives in Malaysia to enhance the company and product image.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Education: Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Marketing is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in selling network management software or data center solutions is a plus.
- Experience with data storage, servers, or switches is also desirable.
- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective business and professional communication.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to integrate resources and coordinate effectively.
- Keen market insight and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and execution skills.
- Resilient under work pressure and capable of handling high-demand situations.
- Industry Connections:
- Proven ability to develop resources and expand the customer base in the telecommunications industry.
- Stable client and project resource base is preferred.
- Established channels and customer relationships are highly desirable and may be converted into performance-based compensation.
