Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, interviews, event coverage, and educational content.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, sound recording, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Ensure that all video content aligns with MRC’s brand identity and effectively communicates the intended message.
Short Video Production:
- Create engaging short videos tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Develop creative concepts for short-form content that captures the audience’s attention and drives engagement.
- Edit and optimize short videos for various platforms, ensuring each video meets the specific requirements and best practices for each platform.
- Post-Production Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished final products, including adding graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.
- Utilize advanced video editing techniques to enhance the visual and audio quality of the content.
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the highest production standards.
Content Optimization & Platform Management:
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring proper format, resolution, and aspect ratios for each platform.
- Collaborate with the social media team to schedule and publish video content across various channels.
- Monitor video performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new video projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other designers and content creators to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all multimedia content.
Equipment & Technology Management:
- Manage and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production tools and technologies, exploring new methods to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Ensure that all video production processes are streamlined and efficient, adhering to industry best practices.
Training & Support:
- Provide guidance and support to team members and other departments on video production techniques and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior designers or interns involved in video production, ensuring they adhere to MRC’s standards.
- Support the marketing team by providing video content for internal presentations, training materials, and other corporate needs.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in video production, social media, and digital content creation.
- Experiment with new video styles, formats, and technologies to keep MRC’s video content fresh and innovative.
- Attend workshops, courses, and conferences to enhance skills and stay ahead in the field of video production.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including filming, lighting, sound, and post-production editing.
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
