Job Position: Office Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in the Ruyi Holdings Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and assist in managing office functions. This role is integral to our mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
· Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
· Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Office Coordination:
· Organize and manage office calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
· Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
