In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, onboarding, integration, and key account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excel at building relationships, with the capability to independently develop and manage complex product partnerships.
Job Description
Source, develop & manage direct relationships and drive engagement with key partners in the payments ecosystem such as payment service providers & merchants (across e-commerce, retail, travel and all other industries) in China.
Find new partnership opportunities to drive key product area objectives.
Create and execute the plan for the market, help build processes and documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Independently develop, negotiate and execute term sheets and contracts with partners.
Identify and maintain pipelines & tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership & cross-functional teams.
Ensure that partners are mobilizing around actual deployments / implementations and once live, engage with partners to optimize implementations and drive growth.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in digital payments, e-wallets, or e-commerce, would be an advantage.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Strong skills in sales and key account management.
Organized and efficient with basic technical knowledge
Preferred Skills
Experience in Sales or Business Development within a tech company.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
The role follows regular working hours and a hybrid work arrangement.
