Yik Bee Trading Sdn Bhd is a mechanical and industrial solutions provider, offering from bearings, power transmission to engineering services for diverse industries such as F&B, pulp and paper, rubber, cement, power plant, oil and gas throughout Malaysia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, establish potential new clients, determine their engineering solution needs, and convert these opportunities into sales.
  • Actively identify sales leads and opportunities and to increase customer base in the industry fields
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure ongoing contracts and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, interpret their requirements, provide proposals, prepare quotations, perform cost analysis, and negotiate and close sales.
  • Provide presentations and recommend total solutions to customers by sharing knowledge of improved and new products.
  • to demonstrate the value to specific customer needs, proposals and product demonstrations to help customers discover and understand products and services.
  • Arrange joint visits requested by product principals to promote new products and solutions, and address related issues.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals, and prepare and present reports, proposals, and sales forecasts.
  • Record and maintain customer contact data.

Job Requirements

  • Based in Butterworth/Klang Valley (Klang & Shah Alam)
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM (With experience) Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical),or any equivalent Engineering qualification.
  • Fresh graduate who has strong intention pursuing career in sales field are encouraged to apply.
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical background with the ability to understand machine application with power transmission product is added advantage
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to create engineering solutions to customer.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently , with a strong passion for maintaining high customer care
  • Good presentation skills and team player
  • Good interpersonal & communications skills ; able to communicate /written well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel and Word
  • Possess a positive working attitude, achievement oriented, willing to learn new things
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
  • Training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
