Job Descriptions:
- Check in and check out guest in an efficient and friendly manner。
- Reconcile all transactions at the close of each shift.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests whenever possible, resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
- Utilize a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
- Accept reservations, changes and cancellations and answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of reservation staff.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Secondary level education with preferably 1 year experience in relevant field,
- Pleasant deposition with good telephone etiquette, social skills and excellent service mindset,
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday,
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of team across multicultural environment,
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic teams and commence immediate employment or within short notice will be an advantage.
