We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sales team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

• Manage and develop new Affinity businesses across the region;
• Analyze and optimize the existing Asia Affinity portfolio;
• Develop and implement annual business plans for Affinity led Local Market Planning;
• Lead commercial efforts to launch new Affinity programs;
• Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies and vendors;
• Oversee the implementation and rollout of current Affinity projects;
• Develop and manage products and solutions to support new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree or post-graduate degree in a business-related discipline;
• Certificate in Insurance or equivalent Associate, Diploma related certificate;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Broking, General Insurance or related industry;
• Practical experience in Affinity or Financial Institutions Programme Development and Management;
• Strong relationship building, customer focus and management skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others;
• Strategic selling and presentation skills;
