Vice President, Finance

The Vice President of Finance oversees the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

This role involves managing the finance team, developing financial strategies, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead a high-performing finance team, develop staff, and ensure continued growth and development.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the business strategy, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including consolidated statements and management reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Develop policies to mitigate financial risks, monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles, with 5+ years in leadership capacity.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to manage complex financial operations.
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate finance.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
