Vice President, Finance
The Vice President of Finance oversees the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing finance team, develop staff, and ensure continued growth and development.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the business strategy, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including consolidated statements and management reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Develop policies to mitigate financial risks, monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles, with 5+ years in leadership capacity.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to manage complex financial operations.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and corporate finance.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
