  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Legal Specialist (Litigation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to provide legal support to our business divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documents, negotiating with counterparties, conducting legal research, and providing advisory services.

Salary Range: RM180,000 - RM250,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advisory services to business divisions within the Maxis group.
  • Draft and review documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiate with counterparties to resolve disputes and litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advisory services on various legal issues.
  • Ensure Maxis' interests are protected while complying with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in general litigation.
  • Background and experience in industrial relation matters would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
