Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Team Lead for our growing team and lead our Product Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and sales targets for our Life Insurance products. You will build a sustainable business model across Acquisition Relationship Manager segments, ensuring financial budget delivery and capability building among frontline teams.
- Lead, inspire and mentor a high performing team of Product Sales Specialist.
- Accountable to drive Bancassurance revenue and sales volume targets for Life Insurance
- Development of plans to ensure financial budget is delivered to help build capability among the frontline teams for insurance.
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders, including retail bankers and insurance service providers.
- Identify and capitalize on cross selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Qualifications
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business studies/Banking/Insurance or equivalent with necessary & relevant licenses.
- 10 years of experience in insurance/finance/banking or sales industry., with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high performing teams.
- Strong leadership skills ,good organizational ability and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and influencing skills to drive sales.
- Experience in managing a teams.
