Senior Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting) - Property/Construction

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle full set of account and able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision.
• Maintain and manage proper filling of accounting documents.
• Prepare and monitor monthly closing, P&L Statement, reporting and financial analysis, annual audited report, and tax computation timely and accurately.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external matters and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• To handle submission to relevant authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.
• Prepare monthly cashflow.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent with 4-5 years in finance/accounting.
• Experience in managing full of accounts in property / construction industry.
• Relevant experience in audit & tax firm is a plus.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, positive attitude, initiative, independent, meticulous analytical and pro-active.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
