RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly update stock balance records to monitor stock levels and movement.
- Allocate stock to branches to prevent overstocking and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Facilitate internal stock transfers to support stock rotation and minimize wastage.
- Conduct goods receiving processes to update system balances accurately.
- Perform random checks for physical stock and expiry dates to ensure inventory accuracy and quality control.
- Collaborate with branches to facilitate interbranch stock transfers and optimize inventory distribution.
- Issue purchase orders for production and warehouse purchasing needs, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
- Follow up on order deliveries and estimate arrival times to update the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order statuses and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to expedite deliveries as needed.
- Generate reports on actual sales data and average monthly sales to provide insights into stock movement and sales trends.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving items and nearly expired stock, facilitating proactive inventory management decisions.
- Order packaging materials for production needs and maintain safety stock levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
- Update import and selling records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
REQUIREMENT:
- Min 1 years of working experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in inventory management or procurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft application especially advanced excel
- Basic analysis skill preferable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic analysis skill preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and import/export regulations is desirable.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
