  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plumbing and Waterworks:

  • Expertise in water piping, detecting, and fixing wall leaks.
  • Ability to install and maintain basic plumbing fixtures and systems.

2. Electrical Work:

  • Proficiency in fixing and installing lighting fixtures and electrical components.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and safety standards.

3. General Maintenance:

  • Skilled in minor welding tasks for repairs and metalwork.
  • Capable of wall painting, touch-up work, and maintaining site aesthetics.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Basic certifications in relevant fields are preferred:
  • Plumbing (e.g., SKM Level 2 or 3).
  • Electrical work (e.g., SKM Level 2 or 3).
  • Welding certification is a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Good communication skills to report and coordinate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Additional Preferences:

  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards.
  • Flexible availability for urgent or on-call repairs.
  • Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
