PERFORMANCE MARKETING JD

Position Objective:

Analyzing and evaluating data from e-commerce and offline campaigns, monitoring and analyzing website traffic trends, and managing various types of digital marketing ads, such as Facebook social ads posting, SEM, Performance Max Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube. The goal is to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve website traffic and engagement, and maintain an active digital marketing presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyse and evaluate data for e-commerce and offline campaigns to achieve optimisation – 20%
  • Monitor and analyse onsite website traffic trend and provide insightful action plan to improve traffic performance on a daily basis – 20%
  • Manage Facebook social ads posting, SEM, Performance Max Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube to ensure an active digital marketing status – 20%
  • Generate and analyse all online marketing data including budget spent over traffic performance and campaign performance over ads objective that could provide insight in planning the future digital marketing strategy – 10%
  • Execute email blasting as scheduled, email automation and CRM by using analytical data to target audiences accurately and setting up the template based on the significant needs of each campaign to ensure timely EDM delivered – 20%
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and increase traffic number for outlets. – 10%

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mass communication, marketing, language, writing and/or advertising.
  • at least 1 year of working experience in Copywriting, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Social Media Management. Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Language Proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Fluent in Writing and Conversing)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads,etc.)
  • Bonus skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
