Billing Assistant - Depot

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that proper billing procedures are complied with the company implemented system.
- To key-in and update the work service records into computer system.
- To process invoice and billing report.
- To retrieve information from the system in the form reports.
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Working Hours : Mon - Fri ( 0830 - 1700 ), Sat ( 0830 - 1230 )
* Working Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang
