Roles And Responsibilities:
- All activities shall be carryout in accordance with company quality management system.
- To constantly bring in innovative ideas and new technology to upgrade the company’s technical capabilities and competitiveness.
- Actively participates in continuous process improvement (including designing of proper jig, fixture, clamping and cutting tools) and working with customers on product development
- Involve in customers RFQs by providing advises on customers’ requirements and assist program management in providing quotations to customers.
- Managing customer’s enquiries, managing projects and processes to achieve customer’s overall total satisfaction in quality, cost and cycle time.
- Industrialization of new products secured by the company (NPI)
- Constantly reviews and improves engineering tasks by providing technical know-how and solution to the team.
- Monitor and determine various staffing and training needs towards improving the knowledge of the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role.
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track.
- Analytical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop team.
