- Welcome and serve customers politely.
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures.
- Scan products and operate cashiering by using POS system.
- Check that quantities and prices are correct, including information in the system.
- Handle payment by cash, credit & debit cards and E- wallet accurately.
- Issue payment receipts accordingly.
- Handle and wrap products with care
- Perform daily balancing of cash and related transactions and investigate discrepancies.
- Check for authenticity of cash prior to confirming receipt.
- Report and support in fixing issues in the retail store.
- Process refunds and exchanges and resolve complaints.
- Keep counter and retail shop clean.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.
- Re-order packaging and other items required at the check out counter.
- Undertake any ad-hoc activities and projects as given by the Management, especially during non-peak retail hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Education:
- STM/STPM (Required)
Experience:
- Money Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
