We are seeking a dedicated and professional F&B Supervisor to join our team at a renowned 5-star hotel/resort. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality industry while contributing to a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Assist in the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as hotel policies.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and guest experiences.

Team Leadership

  • Support the F&B Manager in supervising and mentoring the F&B team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.

Financial Accountability

  • Assist in monitoring F&B budgets, sales targets, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Events team to ensure seamless execution of functions, weddings, and other special events.
  • Oversee the setup and service of events, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
