  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

· Handle the full spectrum of accounting for multiple companies (internal & 3rd party), including accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end closing, financial reporting, and analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Handle the monthly payroll process, including payslips, staff claims, reimbursements, etc.
  • Assist with and handle company secretarial work and liaise with auditors when required.
  • Prepare service agreements, kick-start fee invoices, follow up on payments from clients, and respond to clients’ inquiries regarding invoicing matters, etc.
  • Oversee petty cash claims and monthly reimbursement for colleagues.
  • Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and self-motivation skills.
  • Possesses responsible, detail-oriented, and organized working attitude.
  • Possesses at least 3 years of full set account working experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount, Zoho, and Microsoft Excel.
