DEBT COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

THIS POSITION REQUIRE COLLECTION EXPERIENCES, THOSE WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCES IN RECOVERY & COLLECTIONS WILL BE REJECTED

-Aggressive work behavior

- Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set

- Sets Credit & Collection operations productivity targets and monitors achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually

- Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.

- To handle inbound and out bound calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts

- Update Account status and database frequently

- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner

- Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Proficient in using collection software and tools

-Oversee day-to-day operation

-Monitor team performance and report on metrics

-Discover training needs and provide coaching

-Min SPM with working experiences

-Basic Salary + Weekly Performance Incentive + Monthly High Commission up to 4% tier for Personal Collection & up to 2% Overiding.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
