Job Details

Position: Supply Planning SME

Location: Bangsar South Office with occasional travel to Port Klang (plant location)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: RM6,500 – RM8,500 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis Planning Tool implementation in Malaysia.
  • Co-lead master data clean-up and updates in JDE and Kinaxis tools.
  • Validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and End-to-End process models in line with regional timelines.
  • Train end-users in supply planning modules (MRP, DRP, Inventory, and Production).
  • Identify and resolve process gaps during Kinaxis implementation.
  • Ensure high data quality and validate operational data in the new system.
  • Align new supply processes with local and export market requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), scenario planning, and functional training.
  • Collaborate with AsPac, global planning teams, local supply planners, and the Kinaxis project team.
  • Provide post-implementation hyper care and assist in cross-market projects if required.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of supply/inventory planning experience, preferably in FMCG or lubricant business.
  • Proven expertise in planning system implementation/migration, including data migration, validation, and process mapping.
  • Working knowledge of JDE, SAP, and Kinaxis tools.
  • Understanding of supply chain workflows and planning systems.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written) for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and result-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional and multi-cultural teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones, including outside normal hours when required.
