Requirements
1. Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM with
2. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
3. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
4. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
5. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
6. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
7. Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibility
Maintaining the level of customer service professionals in promoting the company's products:
1. Achievement of sales target set.
2. Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
3. Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
4. Implementation of an efficient in-store training program.
5. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
6. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times..
