  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (Malaysia time)
Working Arrangement: 60/40 hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Salary: RM7,500 – RM12,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:
As the Ariba Guided Buying SME, you’ll lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Ariba Guided Buying channels to optimize and standardize global procurement operations. Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure procurement efficiency, policy compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Who Can Apply?

  • Education: University degree in a technical or related business discipline (MCIPS/ISM qualification is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years in Ariba Guided Buying.
  • At least 3 years in Ariba Procurement and Sourcing processes, focusing on catalog setup.
  • Proven expertise in implementing large-scale, technology-focused procurement projects.
  • Proficiency in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes like sourcing, category management, and contracting.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and coordinating across time zones.

Additional Perks:

  • Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and functional design capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to catalog data and transactions.
  • Programming knowledge is a plus.
