Engineer, Electrical
- Key Responsibilities:-
Common job duties for electrical supervisors (Electrical Engineer) include:
· Lead the Electrical Maintenance teams in providing a reactive and proactive, maintenance service on all operations equipment, (Electrical).
· Responsible for the planned scheduling creation (Work Orders) from Onkey (maintenance planning program) and overseeing the completion of work carried out.
· This position reports to the Manager Electrical.
Strategy and Development:
· Manage and Lead the Electrical technicians.
· Motivate and coach the team to operational success.
· LOTO, isolation of electrical equipment done correct to the LOTO SOP.
· In addition to supervisory duties, electrical supervisors commonly have administrative duties, trip investigations, incident investigations, record Electrical consumption, pf monitoring.
· Assist to execute electrical projects.
· ID technology to upgrade existing electrical equipment.
· Electrical change management to be updated.
General and Task Management:
· Making WO schedules, assigning work and training employees.
· Electrical supervisors motivate electricians to increase their productivity and meet work goals.
· They also ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
· Electrical supervisors assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed.
· Regular inspections on all electrical equipment and report defects with corrective actions.
· Keep record of all critical spares are available
· Do risk assessments of critical tasks
· Always see that permit to work are done and correct.
· Ensure adequate inventory of all Electrical Equipment. They may also keep records of electrical operations.
· See that all electrical installations and repair work done to the Malaysian Electrical standards and regulations.
People Management:
· To conduct safety meetings.
· Always see that the correct electrical specifications and standards used when maintaining electrical equipment.
· Set department objectives/ KPIs and reviews and assess ongoing performance of teams.
Comply with all applicable OSHA and Maine safety standards. Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules and regulations, and wear or use required protective equipment while working. Report hazardous conditions to the employer. Report any job-related injury or illness to the employer, and seek treatment promptly.

Experience:
- Electrical engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
