Location: Taman Midah, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Contract Duration: 12 months (with PERSOLKELLY) – potential for permanent placement or renewal
Salary Range: RM7,000 – RM14,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Position Overview
As a Human Resource Manager, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Drive employee retention, performance management, development, and HR operational matters.
- Lead disciplinary issues, HR database management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure adherence to Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Provide strategic HR insights to enhance employee relations and team engagement.
- Advise and coach managers on HR best practices, policies, and performance management.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
- Strong skills in staffing, organizational development, labor relations, and C&B.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a meticulous and resourceful approach.
