  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you ready to lead and make an impactful contribution to the HR world in the Millions Revenue Retail & Consumer Products industry?

Location: Taman Midah, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Contract Duration: 12 months (with PERSOLKELLY) – potential for permanent placement or renewal
Salary Range: RM7,000 – RM14,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Position Overview

As a Human Resource Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Drive employee retention, performance management, development, and HR operational matters.
  • Lead disciplinary issues, HR database management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure adherence to Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to enhance employee relations and team engagement.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR best practices, policies, and performance management.

Who Can Apply?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Strong skills in staffing, organizational development, labor relations, and C&B.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a meticulous and resourceful approach.
