  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

WE'RE HIRING: Finance Master Data Specialist

Step into the dynamic world of Oil & Gas Shared Services, where your expertise in Finance Master Data will drive accuracy and excellence across global financial reporting!

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Standard: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & UK Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM or 3 PM – 12 AM (during period-end close and night calls)

Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: RM7,500 – RM9,500 (based on experience and qualifications)

Your Role:

As a Finance Master Data Specialist, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data by maintaining the Harmonized Data Set (HDS), Financial Data Structure (FDS), and Chart of Accounts (COA). Your role is critical for compliance with company Group Accounts, Complex Local Statutory Reports, and Segment MI teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
  • 4–5 years in finance data management or data cleansing
  • Proficient in SAP FI & CO (SAP MDG exposure is a plus)
  • Strong experience in finance data structures and mapping for SAP systems
  • Hands-on experience with MNC shared services
  • Able to work UK shifts during period-end close and attend night calls
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Strong ability to navigate complex issues and prioritize under tight deadlines
