Vacancy 1: HR Executive (ER & IR)
- •Address and resolve grievances, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement.
- • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
- •Represent the company in negotiations, disputes, and legal hearings, including preparing documentation and working with legal counsel.
- •Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, and gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- •Develop and maintain security policies to protect employees, facilities, and assets in alignment with organizational goals.
- •Monitor and evaluate security systems, access controls, and surveillance to ensure a secure environment.
- •Maintain accurate records and provide reports related to HR and security management.
- •Address issues using effective problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
