SENIOR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:-

1) Check and support production output, cycle time and rejection according to specifications.

2) Maintain and update if have any adjustment.

3) Record the daily process monitoring and sharing information of production result and condition to team members.

4) Quality and Producibility:

4.1 If quality info from QC department is received, immediately action needs to be taken to adjust machine.

4.2 After 15-minutes of adjustment, if stable condition could not be achieved, one should inform Production Supervisor / to seek advise.

4.3 Work with Quality and Manufacturing Departments to ensure the quality of Production and products produced meet company standards.

5) Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.

6) Perform all the functions and responsibilities of a material handler.

7) Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :

Knowledge of production required.

Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.

Problem-solving skills.

Good powers of observation.

A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.

Ability in basic mathematics and measurement.

Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.
