Job Description:
We are seeking an organized General Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will support our daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. Your contributions will help ensure our office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records in our database.
- Filing and Documentation: Prepare, sort, and file documents, ensuring proper organization and retrieval.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and internal teams with inquiries and requests.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash data entry, maintain accurate records, and filing.
- General Administrative Support: Perform various clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
