Customer Support Representative
Primary Jobscope:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, technical support and other issues.
- Solve customer inquiries & complaints and provide service in professional way through various channels and
- provide the best solution.
- Maintaining Customer Records: Update customer information, interactions, and inquiries accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other databases to maintain organized records and track customer interactions.
- Upselling or Cross-Selling, you may be tasked with upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as required.
- The candidate's potential to excel in a leadership role will become future leader in the customer support team.
Skills and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Call center or customer service experience may be required.
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
- Multilingual requirement for this role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Show patience, enthusiasm, respect and attention to customers.
- Have self-disciplined, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
