Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk
- Handle all incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist in processing work order applications, issuing work permits to contractors and updating payment records
- Prepare Purchase Order and process invoices
- Handle correspondences such as sorting and distributing the daily incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain and monitor the usage of office inventory including pantry supplies, stationeries, and office equipment
- Track photocopier usage
- Manage meeting room bookings and set up rooms for meetings
- Organize company files and maintain proper records
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Job Type:
- Contract basis: 4 months contract
Date required:
- Mid-February 2025 to June 2025
Working hours:
· Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
