Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage the front desk
  • Handle all incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in processing work order applications, issuing work permits to contractors and updating payment records
  • Prepare Purchase Order and process invoices
  • Handle correspondences such as sorting and distributing the daily incoming and outgoing mails
  • Maintain and monitor the usage of office inventory including pantry supplies, stationeries, and office equipment
  • Track photocopier usage
  • Manage meeting room bookings and set up rooms for meetings
  • Organize company files and maintain proper records

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Type:

  • Contract basis: 4 months contract

Date required:

  • Mid-February 2025 to June 2025

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
