  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Provide technical support on card management system, developing resolutions for customer issues based on product and industry knowledge.
  • Provide first level application support to users and escalate to vendor as required.
  • Work closely with vendor to secure technical fixes and compliance or resolve issues.
  • Specify and manage enhancements/fixes to be implemented under change control.
  • Perform batch processing on need basis and troubleshooting of application issues in production environment.
  • Adopt existing support processes and ensure that production systems run smoothly and remain operational 24/7.
  • Responsible for incident management, problem management and problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and card scheme mandates are met.
  • Ensure that relevant procedures and processes are documented.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Unix, Oracle SQL skills will added as advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
