- Provide technical support on card management system, developing resolutions for customer issues based on product and industry knowledge.
- Provide first level application support to users and escalate to vendor as required.
- Work closely with vendor to secure technical fixes and compliance or resolve issues.
- Specify and manage enhancements/fixes to be implemented under change control.
- Perform batch processing on need basis and troubleshooting of application issues in production environment.
- Adopt existing support processes and ensure that production systems run smoothly and remain operational 24/7.
- Responsible for incident management, problem management and problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and card scheme mandates are met.
- Ensure that relevant procedures and processes are documented.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Unix, Oracle SQL skills will added as advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to details, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
